1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (£3.15): Estimated delivery 2-4 business days.
• Free Shipping (Orders over £25): Estimated delivery 2-4 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at Info@deepsleeptape.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
